our twice postponed Conference is now heading to realization. Hopefully it will again be a yearly happening. The conference will take place in Joensuu, Finland. At the University of Eastern Finland (UEF). UEF is one of the largest universities in Finland offering a home to nearly 15 500 students and 2 500 staff members. The Joensuu Campus is home to nearly 8 000-degree students. UEF is a multidisciplinary university, which shows courage in crossing academic boundaries and their interdisciplinary approach is internationally recognized.
The conference will consist of keynotes and speeches, which will be given mainly in English and will be: a joyful reunion and discussions IRL with colleagues from all Nordic countries. Following our traditional program, the NUAS conference will start on Sunday with a get-together event and walking city tour. You have an opportunity to discover and enjoy the unique and authentic Finnish Lakeland and Finnish culture and history through walking city tour and Karelian pie workshop. On the second day at the conference dinner there will be time to catch up with old friends and meet new ones in a relaxed atmosphere.

- Wind of Change – Heading towards to Hybrid Future? What happens to working and studying after the pandemic? Traditional learning and working tools and practices have changed a lot due to the pandemic. Will the hybrid solutions be the new standard or not?
- Maybe travelling every day to campus is no more the obvious choice for students and employees. Are we able to keep our universities such a charming and attractive place that people still want to come there How do we response to these challenges? Wellbeing on Campus – how to create new meaning and better feeling for campus users?
