In this webinar Jónína Kárdal, career and guidance counselor and project manager at the University of Iceland will share her case story of leading a digital platform, Careers Connection, where the goal is to connect the university via students and researchers and work market so enhance co-operation and student career development.

- The steps taken to implement and initiate a digital career platform as a meeting point for students and the work market.
- Using university strategy policy to promote career development for students.
- How career counselors can act as change agents within their institution.
